We ship daily Monday-Friday via FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Overseas and outside the Continental United States is by Priority Air International.

We try our best to ship items on the day of purchase, if we are out of stock on an item you will be notified by email with a shipping date.

Free Domestic shipping on orders over $199.00.

A low flat rate of $7.99 for Domestic shipping on orders of $199.00 or less.

Over seas and outside the Continental United States. Contact us at dccycleparts@verizon.net for a shipping quote before buying. We will send you a return email within a few hours with a shipping cost. Any duty or import tax will be paid by the receipiant.

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus our shipping cost. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We do not charge a restocking fee.

You must contact us by email at dccycleparts@verizon.net before returning an item.

Returned items must be in unopened unused original shrink wraping or box with original packing material.

Return shipping cost are to be paid by the sender.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
